Flexible / (includes early mornings, nights, and weekends) About Aero Spec Detailing Aero Spec Detailing is a professional aviation detailing company specializing in corporate and private aircraft. We operate with a strong focus on precision, safety, and consistency—delivering a "flight-ready" standard on every aircraft we service. Position Overview We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Aircraft Detailing Technicians. This role involves both interior and exterior aircraft cleaning in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. This is not a typical detailing job—attention to detail, discipline, and reliability are critical. Key Responsibilities Perform exterior aircraft cleaning (wet washes, drying, bug removal) Interior detailing (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, leather care, carpet cleaning) Brightwork polishing (metal surfaces) Assist with paint polishing and protective coatings Complete pre•and post-service inspections Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas Requirements Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Valid drive's license Ability to pass a drug test Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift 25-50 lbs Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends, and on-call) Professional attitude around clients, pilots, and hangar staff Preferred Qualifications Prior detailing experience (automotive, marine, or aviation) Experience with polishing tools or detailing equipment Experience in high-end or service-based environments Compensation & Growth Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses (quality, reliability, consistency) Opportunity for advancement into leadership roles Hands-on training in specialized aviation detailing Work Environment Airport ramps and hangars Outdoor and indoor conditions depending on job Physically active, team-based work To Apply Submit your application through Indeed.
