About Pacific Flight Pacific Flight is a new full-service FBO at Aurora State Airport (KUAO), built from the ground up over the past year by passionate aviators and aviation industry veterans. We started Pacific Flight with a simple vision: to better serve the aviation community through five-star hospitality, regionally competitive pricing and a community-centric approach. We're small but growing fast as we compete for traffic on a busy field. The Role We're looking for a Line Service Technician to be a key face and engine of our FBO on the ramp and at the front desk. You'll fuel and marshal aircraft, keep the ramp running safely and efficiently, and make sure every crew and passenger who comes through feels taken care of. On any given day you might be towing a jet in the morning, sumping tanks and running a fuel order at midday, and covering the front desk and coordinating catering in the afternoon. What You'll Do Line & Ramp Service Marshal, tow, and position aircraft on the ramp and in/out of hangars Fuel aircraft (Jet A and 100LL) accurately and safely, including conducting regimented fuel quality control of stationary storage tanks and refueler vehicles (sumping, water checks, recordkeeping, etc.) Operate and maintain ground support equipment (tugs, fuel trucks, GPUs, etc.) Provide lav service and other ramp services as requested Greet and assist flight crews and passengers: catering coordination, ground transport, baggage assistance, and general hospitality Keep the ramp, line shack, hangars and customer areas clean, organized, and FOD-free Follow and help enforce safety procedures, fuel handling standards, and ramp protocols Support fuel inventory tracking and basic operational recordkeeping Pitch in on light facility upkeep and keeping the whole operation running smooth Front Desk & Customer Service Greet and assist flight crews and passengers; ensure the first and last impression they have of Pacific Flight makes customers want to return Answer phones and emails, take fuel and service requests, and coordinate hangar and ramp arrangements Coordinate catering, ground transportation, rental cars, and crew needs Process fuel and service transactions and handle basic point-of-sale / invoicing Keep the lounge and customer areas spotless, stocked, and welcoming What We're Looking For Prior FBO, line service, or aviation ground-handling experience; familiarity with fuel handling and quality control procedures; forklift, tug, fuel truck or other GSE operating experience A safety-first mindset and genuine care for doing things right Reliability and ownership: when something needs to get done, you handle it Resourceful self-starter: you don't wait around to be told what to do Flexibility for and eagerness to work in a start-up environment that is fast paced, changing daily, and requires wearing multiple hats Strong customer-service instincts: you make crews and passengers feel taken care of by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations Ability to learn equipment and procedures quickly and operate them safely Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort working outdoors in all weather, often on your feet, sometimes at odd hours Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders A valid driver's license and ability to be insured to operate company vehicles/equipment High school diploma or equivalent Ability to start immediately Nice to Have, But Not Required A passion for or interest in aviation: maybe you're a pilot, or training to be one, or perhaps you have ambitions of being an A&P or other aviation industry professional. Because this role touches every part of line and ramp operations, the right person will gain a comprehensive picture of how an FBO runs. As Pacific Flight grows, that can lead toward a lead line technician, customer experience, or operations role. We can't promise a title on day one, but the ceiling here is set by what you put into it.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 / hour, depending on experience

Full-time; 40 hours per week, with the opportunity for overtime
