Key Responsibilities Aircraft Maintenance & Troubleshooting Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft in both scheduled and unscheduled environments. Perform and document all work in accordance with applicable manuals, regulations, and Bombardier standards. Conduct mechanical and electrical removals, installations, and system servicing. Assist with aircraft component repairs and engine removal/installation as required. Mobile Response Operations Support AOG and field maintenance events at off-site locations. Operate ground support equipment as needed. Provide high-quality, timely service while representing the organization in a professional manner. Assist other maintenance disciplines to ensure efficient aircraft return-to-service. Safety, Quality & Compliance Adhere to all Environmental Health & Safety policies and procedures. Follow Bombardier General Work Requirements for shop, hangar, and field operations. Perform all tasks safely, efficiently, and with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Work Schedule:

• Monday-Friday or variable MRT rotations
• Overtime frequently required
