We are currently looking to add on one experienced A&P mechanic with a strong background in general aviation. We are also looking to add on one lower experienced mechanic after that. Pay will be commensurate to experience. At Laurel Highlands Jet Center an A&P Mechanic is responsible for the day-to-day operations involving maintenance on high-performance jet aircraft and piston aircraft. Essential duties performed by company A&P Mechanics include but are not limited to:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot airframe, engine, and basic avionics
• Read and comprehend aircraft service manuals
• Perform composite retrofits and repairs
• Organize and assist in shop efficiency improvements
• Work with management to ensure jobs are completed safely and on-time
• Document and maintain discrepancy logs for individual aircraft
• Work hours in excess of 40 hours per week may be required at times
