The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and industry standards. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and proficiency with various tools and equipment. The Aircraft Mechanic will be responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs on a variety of aircraft systems. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft to identify any mechanical or electrical issues. Must be able to travel Perform maintenance and repairs on airframe, avionics, and other aircraft systems. Be familiar with Veryon and camp tracking systems Execute root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for equipment failures. Operate precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, ammeters, and ohmmeters. Fabricate components using sheet metal techniques and welding as necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in accordance with AS9100 standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly and equipment repair tasks. Lift heavy components safely as required during maintenance operations. Experience Proven experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field is essential. 3 years on at least a Citaion v, falcon 50/900, and G IV Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) related to aircraft maintenance. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is beneficial. Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to aviation components is desirable. Previous experience working with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is an advantage. Proficiency in electrical systems repair and troubleshooting is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
