This Senior A&P Mechanic role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team responsible for transporting over 22,000 patients annually while maintaining the highest standards of safety and service. Execute maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure aircraft airworthiness. Collaborate with the Lead Mechanic regarding unusual situations requiring adjustments. Manage aircraft maintenance at field bases, including stock review and spare requisition. Ensure safety and security of company assets at field bases. Compile and verify reports, requisitions, inventories, and certify that work complies with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Input relevant data into RAMCO, such as work packages and installation/removal status. Communicate actively with the Lead Mechanic, AMBS, and relevant agents to ensure timely job completion. Oversee parts inventory and recommend adjustments to stock levels as needed. Maintain and calibrate company-issued special tools as per schedule. Handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.Requirements:
High School diploma. FAA Mechanic Certificate with both Airframe and Powerplant. Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience as a Certified Mechanic. Basic communication skills. Required computer skills. Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including functional capacity assessment (strength and flexibility assessment, lifting up to 100 pounds), drug screening, and background check.For Roving Maintenance Team:
Skills in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting/repair. Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes with short notice, during scheduled shifts. Flexibility to work night shifts as maintenance demands.Benefits & Perks:
