Job Description
Base Leg Maintenance is seeking certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanics with working general aviation experience for full time employment in our newest location, Regional Air Center - Fayette County, Texas (3T5). Shift is Monday- Friday with some possible emergency on calls evenings and/or weekends. Base Leg is a full service General Aviation Maintenance Shop. We do Inspections, parts repair and replacement, avionics, interiors and more. We primarily work on owner operated type aircraft being used for flight clubs, schools, and 135 charter operations. Full time, W-2 position. Benefits eligible after 30 day probationary period. Health care, dental and vision available. Employees receive paid time off for all federal holidays and 80 hours (accrued) of PTO. We strongly encourage professional development and will pay for additional training or testing for new licenses or certifications. Compensation is based on experience with general aviation aircraft and/or components.
