Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of aircraft interiors and exteriors, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and removing debris
  • Ensure all aircraft cabins are properly stocked with supplies such as blankets, pillows, beverages, and other amenities
  • Assist with fueling operations and monitor fuel levels as required
  • Support the towing, parking, and repositioning of aircraft under the guidance of ramp supervisors
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify and report any damage or maintenance needs
  • Handle baggage loading and unloading, ensuring proper care and timely delivery
  • Operate ground support equipment such as tugs, carts, and belt loaders safely and efficiently
  • Provide courteous assistance to flight crews and passengers as needed
  • Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Valid drivers license required
  • Previous aviation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
