Los Angeles, CA Required Skills:

5-8+ years of experience in fire alarm, access control, camera systems, and intrusion systems in a commercial environment ACE Card (Alarm Company Employee Registration Card)

Additional Skills:

NICET certification Scissor or boom lift certification

Systems:

• intrusion: Bosch, DNP, Honeywell
• fire: Firelite, SilentKnight, Notifier, some Bosch

• CCTV:

  Hanwha, Avigilon, Genetec, Openeye, Eagle Eye, ExacqVision
• access: Brivo, DNP, Lenel, SoftwareHouse, Genetec certified in Genetec, Lenel, or SoftwareHouse is a plus

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, service, and resolve issues with fire, intrusion, CCTV, and access control systems in a commercial environment Communicate effectively with customers and the office regarding service needs and updates throughout the day Order necessary parts and maintain accurate inventory of parts and equipment in the company vehicle Service approximately 3-5 locations on site each day Participate in a rotating on-call schedule that varies by team #
