Pay:
$22.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience) About the Position We are seeking a reliable and experienced Alarm Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of hands-on experience installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential and commercial alarm systems. If you take pride in clean installations, enjoy solving problems, and provide excellent customer service, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Install intrusion alarm systems in residential and commercial environments. Program and troubleshoot alarm panels and connected devices. Install and service door/window contacts, motion detectors, glass break sensors, keypads, sirens, and related equipment. Run and terminate low-voltage cabling neatly and professionally. Test systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance. Diagnose and repair system issues during service calls. Educate customers on system operation and basic maintenance. Complete required documentation and communicate job progress with the office. Qualifications 2-3 years of alarm system installation experience (required). Experience with residential and commercial security systems. Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and installation documentation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely use ladders and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$27.13 - $32.67 per hour
