Job Summary:
Ensures customers are serviced to the highest level of satisfaction through quality service and met expectations prior to leaving the jobsite Conducts installation, modifications and repairs of fire sprinkler systems Installation of new sprinkler systems, with an understanding of plan symbols and construction terminology Identifies code violations and other non-compliant issues and recommends solutions Knowledge in tenant improvement of existing buildings and office space build out to new layout; as well as experience in relocation and adding sprinklers to new office layout Ability to perform ladder work and scissor lifting Interacts professionally with customers, building engineers, property managers, and acts as an efficient team member within the department Uses a company provided service vehicle for work (if applicable) and keeps it well maintained and supplied with all parts, tools, and equipment; keeps the vehicle clean and organized with a complete inventory of tools and supplies Demonstrates excellent communication skills to receive and convey information clearly and effectively at all levels of the FSF organization Helps to identify continuous improvement solutions to promote efficiency Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices, specifically CAL OSHA and safety measures related to work Performs other duties as assigned

Experience/Training/Education:
High School Diploma 1- 3 years of experience (open to train) Knowledge of NFPA13, 25, and CA Fire Code Valid Cal Fire Fitter Certification preferred; candidates without certification will be considered if they are able and willing to obtain certification.
Job Type:
Full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday 40 hours a week
Compensation:
DOE based on experience and qualifications
