About the Role As a Fire Sprinkler Systems Lead, you will oversee field operations, ensuring that fire protection systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest safety standards. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior technicians and delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that every project is completed with precision and technical excellence. Responsibilities Lead and direct field teams in the execution of complex fire sprinkler repairs, modifications, and system installations. Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on fire suppression systems to resolve performance issues efficiently. Ensure all work adheres to NFPA standards and local fire codes, identifying and documenting non-compliant conditions. Coordinate daily site activities, manage project timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations. Provide technical guidance and hands-on training to repair technicians to elevate team skill sets and safety awareness. Maintain accurate documentation, including detailed service reports, work orders, and project updates for internal and external stakeholders. Manage company-provided service vehicles and equipment, ensuring they remain organized, stocked, and fully operational. Qualifications Required Skills 5-10 years of experience in fire sprinkler systems with a proven track record in a supervisory or foreman capacity. Valid Fire Sprinkler Fitter Certification. Comprehensive knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and relevant state fire codes. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing field operations and project workflows. Preferred Skills Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, O&M manuals, and technical schematics. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with building engineers and property management personnel. Commitment to continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
