Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler fitter and Fire Extinguisher Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, inspecting, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems and Fire Extinguishers to ensure they function properly and meet all relevant safety codes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire extinguishers and sprinkler systems, as well as experience in electrical and mechanical systems.
EXPRIENCE NOT REQUIRED WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON.
Responsibilities:
  • Install, inspect, and maintain fire sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet all relevant safety codes.
  • Inspect fire extinguishers during yearly servicing.
  • Conduct routine inspections such as yearly and 5 years and tests to identify any issues with the system.
  • Troubleshoot and repair any problems with the system.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.
  • Keep accurate records of all work performed, including inspections, tests, and repairs.
  • Follow all relevant safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Experience:
  • No experience required but preferred, will train the right person.
  • Drivers License required
  • Strong understanding of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, including installation, inspection, and maintenance procedures.
  • Knowledge of local and national safety codes and regulations.
  • Experience in field service and the use of hand tools.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • A strong mechanical background is preferred
Job Type:

$60,000.00
