The Fire Alarm Technician is primarily responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of fire protection systems. Hourly Rate:

$32.00 - $38.00 Responsibilities Service and test fire alarm and life safety systems. Perform scheduled or routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems. Inspect, adjust, clean and calibrate, ensuring systems are in excellent working order. Complete within assigned hours in a manner that reduces emergency calls and results in achieving zero callbacks. Work assignments are to be performed in a safe manner and within specified cost limits. Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order. Perform additional related duties as required by management or project needs. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of related experience to include troubleshooting, programming, ground faults, and SLC shorts preferred. Multifamily experience preferred. Good driving record
