Systems include fire alarms, intrusion alarms, video surveillance (CCTV), and access control solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in low-voltage wiring, system programming, commissioning, diagnostics, and customer support. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated technician with the ability to independently complete installations, repairs, and service calls while delivering excellent customer service. Preference will be given to candidates holding NICET Fire Alarm certification and hands-on experience with platforms such as DMP, Resideo, ProdataKey (PDK), and OpenEye . Key Responsibilities Install, program, test, and service low-voltage security and life safety systems. Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform repairs to maintain optimal performance. Configure fire alarm, intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control systems. Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation. Conduct system inspections, testing, and commissioning activities. Provide technical support and training to customers as needed. Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $41600.00
  • $72800.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
