401(k) Company car Health insurance Paid time off Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Systems Technician with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial and residential security systems, and related low-voltage systems. The candidate must be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Responsibilities Install, program, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial security systems. Install and maintain intrusion alarm systems and related low-voltage equipment. Diagnose and repair equipment, wiring, and communication issues. Complete service reports, work orders, and installation documentation accurately. Ensure all installations comply with company standards Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project managers as needed. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a professional manner. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience installing and servicing security systems. Experience with both commercial and residential security systems. Knowledge on Alarm.com, DSC, Qolsys, Honeywell, Elk similar platforms is preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with Ability to pass a background check. Work on ladders and physical labor Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights. Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
