This is a service-focused position handling troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and installation of commercial security systems. Youll work independently in the field responding to service calls at customer locations. Company vehicle and gas card provided for travel. What Youll Be Doing Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install commercial security systems Work with alarm, access control, CCTV/video surveillance, and related security equipment Diagnose system and device issues Replace or repair faulty devices and components Perform preventative maintenance and service calls Travel to commercial customer locations throughout MA, NH, and ME Communicate professionally with customers while onsite What Were Looking For Previous experience working with commercial security or alarm systems Experience troubleshooting and servicing systems in the field Knowledge of one or more of the following: Access Control CCTV / Video Surveillance Intrusion / Alarm Systems Fire Alarm Systems Ability to work independently and travel throughout the region
