We are seeking an experienced and dedicated low voltage technician, to join our growing service department. This role is essential in ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of low voltage systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and other related technologies. About Rustic Fire Protection Rustic Fire Protection is family owned and operated. We have been in business for over forty years. Our service department consists of two divisions; Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler. We currently service thousands of properties within the MA. and RI. region and are continuing to expand. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including fire alarms, security systems, and communication networks. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Perform field service tasks, including troubleshooting and diagnosing system failures. Detect issues within existing systems and recommend necessary upgrades or repairs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED MA. Journeyman, Class A, B, or D Electrical License RI. Journeyman, AF, or BF License Experience servicing Fire alarms systems, access control, camera systems, and security is a plus, but not required Ability to transport equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds Ability to work in confined spaces, with ladders, and high lift equipment, up to 30 feet Demonstrates an aptitude for troubleshooting systems and performing necessary repairs Ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service Must possess a valid, clean Driver's license in good standing and be at least 21 years of age in order to operate company vehicles Includes Company Cell Phone Company Fuel Card Company Laptop Company Vehicle Company i
