What You'll Do As a Low Voltage Technician, you'll install, maintain, service, and troubleshoot a variety of life safety and low voltage systems for commercial and residential customers.

Responsibilities include:

Installing and servicing fire alarm, security, CCTV, access control, and audio/video systems. Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and project drawings. Troubleshooting system issues and providing effective solutions. Completing project documentation and communicating with customers and team members. Representing ACE-HTI professionally while delivering exceptional customer service. Following company policies, safety standards, and maintaining ACE-HTI's Core Values. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience in any low voltage field is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn and grow with the company. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Valid North Carolina Driver's License with a good driving record. Ability to pass a criminal background check as required by the North Carolina Alarm Systems Licensing Board. Physical Requirements Ability to climb ladders and scaffold. Lift 50 pounds or more. Stand, kneel, crouch, and work in attics and crawl spaces when necessary. Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on experience.
