What Will You Be Earning?
Pay:
Up to $40.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by hiring managers and is based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the role. What Are We Looking For? Service, inspect, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes. Experienced in inspecting All types of Sprinkler Systems. Knowledge of NFPA Fire codes and standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot deficiencies in fire sprinkler systems. Operate hand and power tools commonly used in the fire protection, including pipe cutters, threading machines, and wrenches. Professionally interact with customers on-site and provide excellent service. Coordinate with office staff regarding job status updates. Accurately complete all required service reports, work orders, and documentation in a timely manner. Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain the customer's signature. Participate in a scheduled On-call rotation. Physically able to climb overhead or crawl under spaces to complete jobs. Must be willing to work at heights, able to operate electrical tools, and lift up to 75 pounds at a time. Great Benefits! Requirements:
What Do We Want To See? High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years' experience installing, servicing, testing and maintaining various types of fire sprinkler systems. Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. 3-5 years of sprinkler service experience in the Fire Protection/Life Safety industry with experience testing and certification of fire detection systems as well as performing installations and/or repairs on fire protection systems. Experience using power and hand tools. Must maintain a good driving record (insurable through our insurance carrier) for driving to/from job sites. Willingness to achieve various certifications in the industry.
