For over 29 years, CAV Integrated Home has designed and installed premium audio, video, networking, surveillance, and smart home systems throughout the Lowcountry. We're looking for a skilled Lead AV Installation Technician who takes pride in clean rough-ins, flawless trim work, and exceptional craftsmanship. Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Monday-Friday | Scheduled Between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Responsibilities Complete structured wiring rough-ins for luxury residential new construction. Install Cat6, speaker wire, coax, fiber, conduit, and low-voltage wiring. Perform trim-out installations including TVs, architectural speakers, surveillance cameras, wireless access points, touchscreens, keypads, and equipment racks. Read blueprints and wiring documentation. Coordinate with builders and other trades to keep projects on schedule. Label, test, and document installations. Maintain clean, organized job sites and uphold CAV's quality standards. Qualifications Residential AV or low-voltage installation experience. Strong rough-in and trim-out skills. Experience terminating Cat6, coax, and speaker wiring. Ability to read construction plans. Professional appearance with excellent attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in active construction environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
