Job Title:
Alarm Technician Job description: American Surveillance Co., Inc. is seeking to hire skilled Alarm Technicians. The ideal candidate shall have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, maintains professionalism and is committed to safety. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Install, Maintain, and Repair systems. diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment, running tests and accurately completing daily reports, updating and improving existing systems and repairing or replacing faulty equipment, must be able to go into attics if necessary. Responsible for company equipment, adhere to safety protocols at all times to avoid injuries, damage to property or loss of materials, provide excellent customer service, ensure on time arrival to jobsites, maintain and manage adequate inventory levels of product and equipment, maintain professional appearance at all times. Other duties assigned.
Minimum Requirements and Experience:
Service technician: 1 year (Preferred) Must be able to communicate, read and write in English No Criminal Background Must be available for random drug testing Must have valid Driver License Must have an Alarm Technician License Must have 2 years of alarm or related experience
Work Environment:
This role requires travel to various job sites and may involve working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments. Regular use of tools, ladders, and electrical equipment is required.
