This role is essential in ensuring the security and integrity of our customers needs through effective access control measures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control systems, including Card Readers, Electronic hardware & Video Monitoring Systems Conduct field service visits to assess and resolve security system issues. Communicate with clients to provide technical support and guidance on access control solutions Install cabling for security systems to ensure proper functionality. Perform regular inspections of electrical components related to access control systems. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls via work orders Install Mechanical doors and hardware Travelling required at times Experience Proven experience in access control systems installation and maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with computer hardware and networking principles is essential. Experience with IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) is beneficial. Strong understanding of cabling practices for security installations. Excellent communication skills for effective telecommunication with clients and team members. Ability to work flexible hours as needed for field service operations.
