Active TS/SCI Position Overview We are seeking a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support a secure construction/facility ICD-705 project in Virginia Beach. Ideal for an experienced, security-focused professional comfortable working in a highly classified environment, construction background also encouraged.

Compensation & Benefits Pay:

$38.00/hour

Health & Wellness Pay:

$394.40

Overtime:

Paid on all hours worked above 40/week

Schedule:

Approximately 40-42 hours per week

Not Available Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance (required) U.S. citizenship Strong attention to detail and adherence to strict security protocols during construction surveillance duties Prior experience in construction surveillance, physical security, or related cleared environments preferred Responsibilities Monitor and provide continuous surveillance of construction activities within a secure/classified facility to ensure compliance with security requirements Maintain constant visual observation of uncleared personnel and contractors working within controlled areas Document and report any security concerns, procedural deviations, or incidents immediately Coordinate with security management and government representatives on daily construction oversight Ensure strict adherence to DIA/ICD 705 or applicable facility construction security standards
