Entry Level Job Summary :
Work 4 days most weeks (yes, really). Learn a high-demand trade. Build a career you can be proud of. If you like building things, using tools, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, you'll fit right in. We're looking for someone who wants to learn a new trade installing code-compliant fire alarm systems and IP camera systems. We'll train the right person and support you as you level up from helper to full installer. What you'll do (aka your day-to-day): Install and support data cabling systems on active job sites. Run and dress cabling for fire alarm and security systems (neat work matters). Mount, label, and terminate devices and hardware. Learn the trade step-by-step and grow into a full installation role. What growth can look like here: Start by learning tools, materials, and job-site basics alongside experienced techs. Build skills in cabling, device installs, and clean workmanship standards. Grow into running parts of installs, then full installation responsibilities as your skills increase. What we're looking for: Hands-on mechanical skill (personal, hobby, or professional): electrical, auto repair, carpentry, audio systems, data cabling, or similar. Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely (this is a must) Mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow directions and code requirements. Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail (clean installs are the goal).
