We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do Perform repairs efficiently and accurately according to company, manufacturer, and insurance standards. Follow all safety requirements and accurately track repair time. Verify required parts and monitor vehicle progress through the repair process. Document repairs performed, test procedures, and results on repair orders. Maintain and properly use required tools, returning special tools after use. Use shop supplies responsibly and keep a clean, organized workspace. Ensure customer vehicles are returned clean and in good condition. Stay current with training on repair techniques and materials. Communicate effectively with team members and report safety or operational concerns. Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and complete other assigned duties.
