Responsibilities Repair dents, scratches, and body damage Prep vehicles for paint Replace panels and exterior parts Perform light frame and structural work Ensure clean, quality-ready finishes Skills Proven experience working as an automotive body technician within a dealership or independent shop environment. Knowledge of automotive structural repair, auto restoration, and sheet metal Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and automotive parts installation. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and auto painting equipment effectively. Ability to perform automotive cosmetic repairs including sanding, detailing, and auto body refinishing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly about repair procedures. Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in various positions for extended periods.
