Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering exceptional results. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition.

Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of auto body repair, including but not limited to dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damages and develop repair plans that meet industry and manufacturer standards. Utilize industry-leading tools and equipment to execute repairs with precision and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards at all times. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve efficient and timely repairs.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in auto body repair, with a proven track record of successful projects. Proficiency in all aspects of collision repair, including welding and frame straightening. Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Certification from a recognized auto body repair program is preferred but not required. I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus.
