The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of collision repair estimating experience , strong knowledge of vehicle damage, repair procedures, and insurance claims, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately identify repair requirements. Prepare detailed and accurate collision repair estimates. Write estimates using CCC One software. Work with insurance companies, adjusters, customers, and technicians throughout the repair process. Review supplements and negotiate additional repair costs when necessary. Ensure estimates follow OEM repair procedures and industry standards. Communicate repair timelines, costs, and procedures clearly to customers. Coordinate with the production team to ensure repairs are completed according to the estimate. Maintain accurate documentation and keep customers and insurance partners updated. Help ensure quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and efficient shop operations. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as an Auto Body/Collision Repair Estimator. Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and vehicle construction. Experience working with insurance companies and insurance adjusters. Proficiency with collision estimating software CCC ONE. Ability to identify hidden damage and accurately develop supplements. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are a plus. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
