In this role, you will leverage your expertise in auto body repair and vehicle maintenance to deliver exceptional service and quality workmanship. If you have a passion for automotive restoration and a knack for detail, we want you on our team! What you'll do Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Utilize MIG welding techniques and fabrication skills to restore structural integrity to vehicles. Conduct thorough vehicle maintenance checks and repairs, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally. Employ hand tools and power tools effectively for various repair tasks, including sheet metal work and auto glass installation. Execute precise auto painting using airless paint spraying methods to achieve a flawless finish. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating repair processes and timelines clearly to clients. Estimate repair costs accurately and efficiently to ensure transparency with customers. Assist in detailing vehicles post-repair to enhance their appearance and value. Basic qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair. Preferred qualifications Previous dealership experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in soldering and assembly techniques for various automotive components. Experience with auto restoration projects that demonstrate attention to detail and craftsmanship. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during repairs and installations.
