Job Overview Husteads Auto Body is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auto Body Paint Prepper to join our growing collision repair team. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of paint prep experience and takes pride in producing high-quality work in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities Sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicle surfaces for painting. Identify and correct surface imperfections to ensure a smooth finish. Operate hand tools, grinders, and power tools safely. Assist with buffing, polishing, and minor body repairs as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work efficiently with team members to meet quality and production standards. Requirements 2+ years of auto body paint prep experience required. Experience with sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work efficiently in a busy collision repair environment. Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player. Familiarity with spray equipment, buffing, or detailing is a plus. Pay:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
