Duties:

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2-year of auto body collision repair experience required. Experience using frame and measuring equipment. History of working independently and in a team environment. Highly organized, able to handle multiple concurrent assignments.

• Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles
• Repair and replace damaged parts, including auto glass
• Conduct automotive repair tasks such as welding, sanding, and painting
• Utilize airless paint spraying equipment to achieve high-quality finishes
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in the automotive industry
• Proficient in auto estimating and assessing repair needs
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools
• Experience with 3 Dimensional Measuring system.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with the role
• Familiarity with auto painting techniques and color matching
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship

Note:

Certification or training in auto body repair is preferred but not required.
