We have been voted Best Auto Body Shop several years in a row, and we believe that recognition comes from the quality of our work and the exceptional team behind it. We understand that skilled technicians work hard, which is why we place a strong emphasis on quality of life. Our technicians enjoy a schedule that provides three days off every week , allowing more time for family, hobbies, and life outside the shop. We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Auto Body Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality repairs and wants to work in a clean, organized, team-oriented environment with a steady workload. What We're Looking For Minimum of five years of auto body repair experience Ability to perform heavy collision and structural repairs Ability to read and follow repair plans and repair orders Clean, organized, and detail-oriented work habits Dependable, professional, and positive attitude I-CAR training or experience preferred California Collision is an I-CAR Gold Class shop and holds OEM certifications with many leading vehicle manufacturers. We are committed to proper, manufacturer-compliant repairs and providing our technicians with the resources needed to perform their work correctly.
