Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auto Body Sander/Prepper to join our busy collision repair shop. The ideal candidate will efficiently prepare vehicles for painting by performing surface prep, sanding, masking, and priming.

Key Responsibilities:

Sand, featheredge, and clean vehicle panels and surfaces before paint application. Mask and tape off areas, glass, and trim to protect parts not needing paint. Apply, block, and sand primer and filler. Assist the main painter with setup, clean-up, and material handling. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in an auto body or collision repair shop. Strong knowledge of sanding techniques, masking, and surface prep. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
