WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform thorough interior and exterior detail work on new, used, and service vehicles
- washing, vacuuming, polishing, and protecting to dealership and Land Rover presentation standards
- Prepare vehicles for guest delivery
- ensuring every car is immaculate and ready to make a strong first impression for a high-net-worth clientele
- Apply paint protection, fabric protection, ceramic coatings, and aftermarket appearance products as directed
- Inspect vehicles for cosmetic issues during the detail process
- scratches, stains, swirl marks, and odors
- addressing or escalating appropriately
- Operate detail equipment including pressure washers, dual-action polishers, vacuums, and steam cleaners safely and effectively
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe detail bay and work area throughout every shift
- Coordinate with service advisors, sales staff, and porters to prioritize vehicle readiness and meet delivery timelines
- Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Prior detailing experience required
- dealership detail experience strongly preferred; high-end auto spa or luxury vehicle detailing backgrounds also welcome
- A luxury standard of quality
- Land Rover guests in San Francisco expect a vehicle that reflects the premium nature of the brand, and you hold yourself to that standard
- Comfortable with paint correction, dual-action polishing, and paint protection application
- Self-directed and productive

- Comfortable operating all detail equipment safely and effectively
- Physically capable of standing, bending, and working on your feet throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in work that is genuinely exceptional
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
