Auto Body Technician Ma's Auto Body is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs and wants to earn top pay in a professional, well-equipped shop. If you're confident performing major collision repairs, structural repairs, panel replacement, and complete teardown-to-reassembly , you'll fit right in. We maintain a steady flow of work, invest in modern equipment, and give our technicians the support they need to succeed. What You'll Do Perform complete collision repairs from teardown through final reassembly Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using OEM repair procedures Complete structural repairs using frame measuring and pulling equipment Perform welding and panel replacement Document repairs using the CCC ONE mobile app Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and safety Work closely with estimators and the production team to keep repairs moving efficiently What We're Looking For 5+ years of collision repair experience preferred (3+ years minimum considered) Strong structural repair and metal finishing skills Experience using frame measuring systems Welding experience required Ability to read and follow repair estimates and OEM repair procedures Reliable, self-motivated, and quality-driven Positive attitude and team-first mentality Why Join Ma's Auto Body?
