Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously through sanding, masking, and cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply primers, paints, coatings, and clear coats using conventional spray guns and airless paint spraying equipment with precision and consistency Perform surface repairs including filling dents, sanding imperfections, and restoring automotive surfaces to a smooth, flawless condition Use buffing machines and polishing tools to achieve a high-gloss finish that enhances vehicle appearance Operate grinders, power tools, and hand tools safely for surface preparation and minor repairs Conduct auto restoration tasks such as welding or minor mechanical adjustments when necessary to support the painting process Follow all safety protocols including proper use of respiratory protection and handling of automotive paints and chemicals Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive body shop experience with a strong background in auto body repair and refinishing Skilled in surface preparation techniques such as masking, sanding, and priming for optimal paint application Proficient in the use of spray guns (conventional and airless), buffing machines, grinders, and other power tools Knowledgeable in automotive buffing, detailing, auto glass replacement, and vehicle maintenance procedures Mechanical knowledge combined with experience in welding or auto restoration is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding vehicle refinishing results!
