The ideal candidate has experience with vehicle body repair, preparation, and restoration and takes pride in producing clean, professional-quality work. Responsibilities Repair dents, scratches, panels, bumpers, and other body damage Remove and replace damaged body parts and panels Perform bodywork, sanding, filling, and surface preparation Prepare vehicles and parts for painting Assist with painting, polishing, and finishing as needed Inspect vehicles and identify necessary body repairs Disassemble and reassemble vehicle exterior components Ensure body panels are properly aligned and fitted Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas Complete assigned work efficiently and with attention to detail Follow all shop and workplace safety procedures Qualifications Previous auto body or collision repair experience preferred Knowledge of body repair tools and techniques Experience with sanding, body filler, panel replacement, and vehicle preparation Painting experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Ability to perform the physical tasks required for auto body work
