Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Technician and bring vehicles back to life with precision, skill, and passion! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise in automotive structural repair, auto body refinishing, and welding repair will be essential to delivering exceptional results. Duties Perform automotive structural repairs using welding techniques such as MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication repair methods to restore vehicle frames and panels. Utilize hand tools, power tools, sanding tools, and automotive welding equipment to shape, repair, and refinish vehicle surfaces. Conduct auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and automotive cosmetic repairs to achieve a smooth, factory-quality finish. Install automotive parts and perform detailed assembly tasks while adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Requirements Proven experience working as an automotive body technician or in a similar role within a dealership or auto repair shop. Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques including welding repair, sheet metal fabrication, sanding tools, and automotive cosmetic repair. Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication repair techniques, and the use of automotive welding equipment. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and parts installation processes to facilitate comprehensive repairs. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate various power tools efficiently.
