In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our auto repair shop, where precision, craftsmanship, and efficiency are paramount. Duties Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and collision damage restoration using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve smooth, flawless finishes Use MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to repair sheet metal and fabricate custom parts as needed Remove and replace auto glass with precision to ensure safety and quality standards are met Prepare vehicles for detailing and final inspection by performing sanding, polishing, and surface preparation Assist with auto restoration projects by fabricating parts, performing mechanical repairs, and assembling components Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair shop experience preferred Skilled in MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and sheet metal work Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures Proficient with hand tools, power tools, auto estimating software, and auto body repair techniques Experience with auto painting, auto restoration, auto glass installation, and auto body assembly Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a physically demanding environment Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and estimates Knowledge of automotive repair standards including auto estimating processes is a plus Join us in delivering top-quality vehicle repairs while advancing your skills in a vibrant team environment.
