Steady volume year-round, clean booth, modern equipment, and a paycheck you can count on. This is a salaried position with performance bonuses — not flat rate. You get a predictable check every week plus upside when production is strong. What you'll do Mix, match, and spray basecoat/clearcoat to factory finish Color match using spectrophotometer and paint system software Prep, mask, prime, and block panels for refinish Handle blends, tri-coats, and spot repairs Quality-check your own work before it moves to reassembly Keep the booth, mixing room, and equipment clean What we're looking for 5+ years automotive refinish experience Strong color matching Solvent system experience Able to work at production pace without cutting corners Valid driver's license I-CAR or PPG/BASF/Axalta certification a plus, not required Bilingual English/Spanish a plus What we offer Salary plus performance bonuses Full-time, Monday-Friday Consistent volume — you won't be sitting around All paint and materials supplied Room to grow as we expand to more locations
