Auto Body Mania Collision — Now Hiring an Experienced Auto Collision Body Technician We're a family-owned collision repair shop in Pompano Beach looking for an experienced body technician to join our team full-time. Steady volume year-round, modern equipment, and a paycheck you can count on. This is a salaried position with performance bonuses, not flat rate. You get a predictable check every week plus upside when production is strong. What you'll do

• Repair and replace damaged panels, including welding and sectioning
• Perform frame and structural repairs using measuring and straightening equipment
• Handle metal work, dent repair, and body filler
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles to OEM repair standards
• Quality-check your own work before it moves to paint
• Communicate with estimators, painters, and the team to keep jobs on schedule What we're looking for
• 5+ years of collision body repair experience
• Frame and structural repair experience
• MIG and spot welding skills
• Your own tools
• Strong communication and a team-player attitude
• I-CAR or ASE certification is a plus
• Spanish or Portuguese speakers welcome What we offer
