Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and energetic Auto Body Repairman to join our dynamic automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise in auto body repair, welding, fabrication, and vehicle maintenance will ensure our customers receive top-quality service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment where your craftsmanship makes a real difference. All positions are paid, including internships, emphasizing our commitment to valuing every team member. Duties Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and alignment to restore vehicles to factory standards Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding techniques to repair or replace sheet metal components effectively Fabricate custom parts and modify existing panels using hand tools and power tools for precise fitting and finishing Conduct auto painting using airless paint spraying techniques to achieve smooth, professional finishes Replace and repair auto glass and perform auto restoration projects with attention to detail Use auto estimating software to assess damage, prepare repair estimates, and communicate with customers about repair processes Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks such as mechanical repairs, auto painting, and detailing to ensure optimal vehicle condition Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body repair and automotive restoration Proficiency with MIG welding, soldering, fabrication, and sheet metal work Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repair procedures Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, auto glass installation equipment, and auto painting tools including airless paint sprayers Knowledge of auto estimating software and customer service principles for effective communication with clients Ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Experience with auto restoration projects and detailed vehicle finishing techniques Join us to bring vehicles back to life with your expert craftsmanship! Pay:
