Busy Independent location with an outstanding reputation. We offer top notch repairs and customer service to our clients and insurance partners. We aim to maintain the highest CSI and cycle time numbers. We work with all major insurance companies. Candidate must have experience in writing all facets of auto body repair and using CCC ONE management system. Or willling to be trained. Must be organized, dependable, have strong communication skills and able to provide excellent customer service with a seller's mindset! Candidate must be willing to go out into the community and market and represent Car Chemistry in a professional manner.
Position:
Auto Body Shop Estimator Job Summary:
A driven and personable individual with strong communication skills and impeccable attention to detail who will represent Car Chemistry to the customer throughout the repair process. Provide outstanding customer service, detailed estimates, and continue strong communication with the customer until job completion. Market and sell our services within the community.
Job Duties:
  • Write and sell accurate, detailed, and profitable collision repair plan to customers.
  • Effectively communicate the job process and requirements to the customer to ensure they are educated.
  • Manage estimates that are submitted online via the website.
  • Maintain communication with the customer throughout the process and ensure customer satisfaction once the job is completed.
  • Help and support the administrative needs of the business if necessary.
  • Market and sale our services by going out into the community representing Car Chemistry in a professional manner.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Must be a driven and self-motivated salesperson with effective communication skills and efficient work habits.
  • Friendly and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Must be organized and able to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be part of a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures for both foreign and domestic passenger vehicles.
  • Ability to work with all insurance companies and have a knowledge of their claims procedures.
  • Understanding of shop production and work flow.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Preferred knowledge of CCC
  • Preferred 2+ years experience.
  • Willing to train the right individual
  • Must be able to handle the physical aspects of the position including bending and kneeling, and occasionally working in weather elements as needed.
