Responsibilities Surface Prep — sanding, priming, masking, cleaning. Paint Application — basecoat, clearcoat, blending, touch‑ups. Defect Correction — runs, dust nibs, orange peel. Quality Control — verify color match, gloss, and finish. Booth & Equipment Care — maintain spray guns, booth cleanliness, materials. Requirements Proven experience as an automotive painter Knowledge of paint systems (PPG, Sherwin, Axalta, etc.) Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast‑paced shop environment How to Apply Contact the shop or stop by for an interview.
