Responsibilities Perform automotive structural repairs using MIG welding, soldering, and welding repair techniques to restore vehicle frames and bodies Fabricate and shape sheet metal components for collision repairs or custom modifications using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Conduct auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, priming, and auto painting with airless paint spraying techniques Install automotive parts such as glass, trim, bumpers, and other components with precision and care Use automotive cosmetic repair methods to restore vehicle surfaces to factory standards or custom finishes Maintain detailed documentation of repair processes, estimates, and customer communications for transparency and quality assurance Assist with auto restoration projects by applying fabrication repair techniques and automotive welding equipment to achieve high-quality finishes Experience Proven experience working as an automotive body technician in a dealership or collision repair environment Strong knowledge of auto body repair procedures including auto painting, sanding tools, automotive parts installation, and auto glass replacement Hands-on experience with MIG welding, soldering, fabrication techniques, and automotive structural repair methods Familiarity with automotive cosmetic repair processes such as sanding, polishing, and refinishing surfaces Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and auto estimating processes is highly desirable Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about repair progress and expectations Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle repairs that combine craftsmanship with innovation!
