The Collision consultant is responsible for taking photos of collision damage and writing body shop damage estimates with AI assistance, negotiating with insurance adjusters or the customer, and completing billing and other shop income related activities.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external
• Providing and understanding of strong commitment to client satisfaction

• Be a professional in every aspect of the collision repair
• Maintain up to date technical knowledge of the collision repair
• Be dependable
• I-CAR Certifications are an advantage but not necessary
• Be Proficient with Audatex, Mitchell and CCC Estimating systems
• Speak, read and write clearly in English
• Apply ethical selling techniques
• Communications with client, team members, technicians daily
• Manage the Repair process
• Be available to work Monday thru Friday with alternating Saturdays
• Pass a background check and drug test Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree or equivalent are an advantage
• Ability to maintain high ethical standards
• Ability to pay attention to detail Physical Demands
• Stand or sit for long periods at a time
• Lift approximately 10-15 pounds
