In this energetic position, you will be responsible for meticulously cleaning, buffing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and appearance. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by transforming damaged or dirty vehicles into showroom-ready masterpieces. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in automotive detailing while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Perform vehicle exterior washing, including hand washing and using automated car wash systems to ensure a spotless finish Conduct vehicle paint correction and buffing using automotive buffers and polishing tools to restore paint clarity and shine Detail vehicle interiors by cleaning carpets, upholstery, dashboards, windows, and other surfaces with appropriate cleaning equipment Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout the detailing process by utilizing proper custodial and janitorial practices Ensure interior of vehicles are free from body filler dust, and free of any finger prints before returning vehicles to customers. Safely operate standard passenger cars and manual transmission vehicles during testing or movement within the facility Use heavy lifting techniques to handle equipment or vehicles safely while adhering to safe work practices . Prior experience working in an auto detailing or auto body repair environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with automotive buffing, polishing, and paint correction techniques is advantageous Experience with cleaning equipment, vehicle exterior washing, and interior detailing tools is highly desirable Knowledge of safe work practices related to heavy lifting and equipment operation ensures a secure work environment Customer service skills are essential for interacting professionally with clients and team members Valid driving skills, including experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions, are necessaryEmbark on a rewarding career where your attention to detail makes a real difference!
