Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PPF Installer to join our dynamic team over at Luminescent Detailing. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing paint protection film (PPF) on vehicles, ensuring flawless application and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help protect vehicle surfaces from scratches, chips, and other damage, enhancing the vehicle's appearance and longevity. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces through thorough cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation to ensure optimal adhesion of PPF. Measure and cut PPF accurately using hand tools and power tools to fit various vehicle contours. Apply PPF using precise techniques such as surface preparation masking, auto body refinishing, and airless paint spraying to achieve seamless results. Use automotive buffing, grinding, and polishing tools to eliminate bubbles and imperfections during installation. Conduct quality checks on finished installations, ensuring flawless surface coverage and adherence. Maintain a clean workspace by properly handling waste materials and disinfecting tools after each job. Provide excellent customer service by explaining the benefits of PPF and addressing client questions or concerns. Qualifications Must be comfortable with working around exotic vehicles Willing to come in early or stay late depending on workload Experience with sanding, buffing, detailing, and auto painting techniques is highly desirable. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
