Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Auto Body Paint Technician, where your expertise in automotive painting and body repair will bring vehicles back to life with precision and flair. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles with a keen eye for detail, ensuring each car meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, grinding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply auto paint using airless spray guns, power tools, and hand tools with precision and consistency Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel alignment, welding, and auto glass replacement to restore vehicle integrity Conduct buffing, detailing, and finishing touches to achieve a flawless appearance that exceeds customer expectations Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all procedures Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor mechanical repairs or adjustments as needed Collaborate with team members on auto estimating, repair planning, and customer service to ensure smooth workflow and satisfied clients Experience Proven experience or background in auto body repair and painting is highly preferred Hands-on experience with auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying and buffing processes Ability to lift heavy parts safely and operate power tools efficiently throughout the workday Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment in an automotive setting is essential Embark on a career where your craftsmanship makes a real difference!
